ZTE sought to drive sales of their new Agent handset by keeping itself top of mind with the employees and customers. To encourage sales, Sq1 developed a measureable employee promotional game around the release of the ZTE Agent.

When associates sold three ZTE Agent handsets, they would get a chance to play our Road To Fame And Fortune game — a "Plinko"-style online experience where the associate’s game piece will work its way down the game board, finally landing on a dollar amount. With each subsequent ZTE Agent sale, they would be able to play the game again, accruing fame and fortune along the way.
