OttLite, the innovative manufacturer of high definition lighting technology, was looking for help strengthening its relationship with key national retailers and building brand awareness in order to grow sales.

The key objective was to drive offline sales of OttLite products at 32 retailer locations. Sq1 developed an integrated online promotional effort utilizing highly targeted media tactics based on store density. We identified those “best potential match” customers and engaged them through online mediums relevant to their lifestyle.

We implemented a multi-faceted campaign consisting of email, social media and geo-targeted banner advertising, along with an aggressive SEO program and continual site content refreshing.

This on-going campaign demonstrated dramatic growth for offline sales at the retailer. Off-the-shelf retail sales increased 64% in media supported markets.

In addition, the program’s results provided the company with a valuable case study that opened the door to opportunities with other retail partners.
