High Plains tasked Sq1 with gaining distribution at retail and creating a pull strategy to create customer awareness and purchase at these retail outlets. We performed extensive research and analysis on the potential bison customer and matched those demographics and psychographics with retailers in the US. By creating this synergy, Sq1 delivered a distribution plan that was beneficial to both the retailer and High Plains.
High Plains has had an 80% success rate in gaining distribution. We created a multi-faceted launch program that included key touch points along the path to purchase. With implementation of the program, sales continued with a steady increase month over month.
